Job Description

Interior Designer duties and responsibilities
To execute the interior design works with best probable options and finalize with necessary 3D in consideration with clients
Suggest the alternative layout for the best utilization of the space
Preparation of detailed drawings, BoQ, specification, timeline, and tender documents related to interior works
Construction supervision of the interior works at site
Monitoring compliance with the contract and specification
Quality control and assurance work
Coordination with contractors, consultants, and vendors to implement design ideas, such as carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, and artists.
Use finish and material decisions, fixture alternatives, and modern interior design techniques to interpret, design, and recommend architectural solutions
Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
