Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments for residential, commercial, or hospitality clients. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other team members to bring design concepts to life while adhering to budget, schedule, and style preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Needs Assessment:

• Conduct site visits to assess the space and take measurements.

2. Design Concept Development:

• Develop creative and functional design concepts based on client preferences and project scope.
• Prepare mood boards, color palettes, floor plans, and 3D renderings to illustrate design ideas.

3. Space planning and detailing:

• Organizing interior space to serve intended utilization, function, zoning, flow, ergonomics and Flexibility. 
• Fine tuning and precise execution of design elements, material and finishes, joinery and craftsmanship, lighting, fixtures and handware, color and texture coordination as well as architectural details.

4. Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of designs.
• Oversee installation and construction processes, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
