We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities and skills:

• Proficiency in all interior design-related software.
• Ability to supervise project sites and guide workers effectively.
• Expertise in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to develop design concepts that meet their aesthetic, functional, and budgetary needs
• Create sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings to effectively communicate design concepts
• Source and select materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the project's design concept
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation
• Ensure all design elements comply with building codes and regulations
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new materials/products
• Effectively manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate with clients and internal team members to provide progress updates and address any concerns

Note: Preference will be given to candidate with the past experience in a related field.
