Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer who will be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of interior design projects for our real estate developments. With at least 2 years of work experience in project execution, the ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and practical experience to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Develop detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and material specifications.
  • Oversee the implementation of interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Select and specify appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes to achieve the desired design aesthetic and functional requirements.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, materials, and finishes available in the market.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, incorporating feedback as necessary.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure the quality of work meets the company's standards and design intent.
  • Address any design-related issues or changes that arise during the construction phase.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective design solutions.
  • Monitor expenses and report on budgetary performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design plans, material lists, and progress reports.
  • Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in interior design execution, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have two wheeler with a valid license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sustainable design practices and materials.
  • Certification from a recognized interior design organization.
