The scope of work and level of details

• Develop and present design concepts and proposals for various interior projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional spaces. 
• Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software to create realistic visual representations of proposed designs. 
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met. 
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections for construction and installation purposes. 
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, take measurements, and gather necessary information for design development. 
• Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, Materials, and Equipment is a must
• Experience in creating Construction Drawings
• Manage projects effectively within given timelines and budgets. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate innovative ideas into designs.

Academic qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior design with at least 2 years of work experience. 

Competencies

• Self-driven, results-focused, and highly disciplined 
• Good knowledge of Physics and Maths
• Have a good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good coordination ability
• Proficient with the usage of MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Ability to work independently and in a group. 
• Problem-solving skills, conflict resolution with an eye towards customer service while keeping Kalpa Srot's best interest in mind, and the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to resolve issues.
• Conceptual thinking and analytical skills, with a strong eye for detail.
