The main purpose of this position is to ensure the successful implementation of Transforming Families and Community Relationships (TFCR) Project in UMN MDT working districts.Also, promote understanding of Integral Development work through capacity building and relationship building in the UMN MDT cluster.

Qualification and Experience:

MDiv or BTH and other related fields with at least three years working experience in the grassroots development field.
Experience working on gender-based domestic violence, trauma healing, gender justice, etc.
Experience in effective project management, financial management and reporting skills.
Knowledge of advocacy, governance system of Nepal and related laws and policies.
Experience in working with faith-based institutions and diverse communities and integral development approach/modality.
Knowledge to work in a multi-cultural setting.
