RE-VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

Position: Integral Development Manager
Required No.: 1 (Kathmandu)

The main purpose of this position is to lead and build the capacity of UMN MDT Integral Development staff and community, promote understanding of Integral Development (ID) and ensure successful implementation, monitoring and reporting of Integral Development work.

Qualification and Experience:

MA (preferable BTH/MDiv or MTh) from a recognised university with at least 3 years working
experience in grassroots development field.
Experience of working on holistic development approach/modality and community
transformation.
Experience of working in interfaith or faith-based context.
Experience in proposal writing, project management including financial management
and reporting skills.
Able to mentor and build capacity of others.
Knowledge of governance system of Nepal and related laws and policies.
Knowledge to work in a multi-cultural setting and diverse communities.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Nepal
