Job Description

Collect all required documents from customers and follow-up for requirement fulfilment, if any
Conduct daily partner bank branch visits for business support and conversion
Maintain daily log of branch visits
Conduct worksite marketing as and when required
Develop and maintain good rapport with partner bank staff (eg: BMs, RMs etc.)
Needs to have an outgoing personality who loves to interact with new people
Able to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
Should be target oriented
Maintain lead data and conduct timely follow ups
Maintain proper and timely communication with Bank staff regarding lead/customer follow-ups
Report daily to office supervisor on daily activities and planning
Achieve assigned sales target on a consistent basis
Maintain professional behavior and attire at all times
Willing to travel on a daily basis for sales calls and branch visits
Support partner branch staff in all aspect of Bank assurance business
