Responsibilities

• Assisting the team lead in developing new leads, communicating with customers, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Assisting in sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understanding and researching about customer needs and requirements.
• Assisting in closing sales and achieving sales quotas set by the team lead.
• Assist to maintain and expand the database of prospects within the Information Technology industry.
• Practice performing effective online demos to prospects to upsell services.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by the team lead.

The Interns will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced inside sales and digital marketing professionals, including feedback on their work and advice on their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Business, Marketing, or similar discipline.
• Previous internship experience in an IT service call center, IT company or other Tech fields will be highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good technical skills and strong knowledge about technological field will be highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidates with experience of interaction with citizens from North America and Australia and/or those with good scores in IELTS, PTE tests shall be given priority.
• A knack to learn about inside sales and achieve targets.

Compensation:  NPR 25,000 for the total internship of three months.
