 Job Description

  • Assist Inside Sales Lead with preparing training materials, manuals, sales script and email templates. Assist Inside Sales Lead in training sales supports by auditing sales call, timely feedback and overall skill development of sales supports.
  • Continuous coaching on sales calls, email communication, Tech Industry.
  • Assist Inside Sales Lead with data report generation and analysis.
  • Ensure day-to-day smooth operation by assisting sales supports in their tasks.
  • Ensure smooth workflow by assigning leads and support inbox clearance.
  • Collaborate with marketing team in strategic planning.

Requirement 

  • Bachelors' Degree completed or Masters running in any field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in sales is highly preferred.
  • Any training and coaching experience would be a plus point.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solution-focused.

This position is entitled to receive highly attractive sales commissions in addition to the basic salary.
