 Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Information Technology Technician at TechnoPlanet. As an IT Technician, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and providing technical support to our clients, delivering excellent customer service, conducting training sessions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. This is a hybrid role, with some work from home allowed.

 Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology principles and systems
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Experience in providing training and support to end-users
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant certifications in IT or related field
