Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Kathmandu for an Information Technology Officer. The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for managing the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing technical support to staff.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support, networking, and systems administration
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows and Linux, and proficiency in network security
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
