Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive IT/MIS Manager with the capability to play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of software development and integration that are key to the EV Charging Infrastructure including Charger Management Systems and Mobile Application. You will lead the development, testing, and deployment of our software solutions, ensuring seamless integration across our ecosystem. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and franchisees to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development and Integration

  • Oversee the testing, integration, and deployment of the Charger Management System (CMS) with all chargers in the ecosystem.
  • Manage the development of the EV user customer-facing mobile application, ensuring its functionality and user experience align with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges across multiple platforms and devices.

Operational Readiness

  • Set up robust IT processes, troubleshooting protocols, and system reliability measures.
  • Ensure all systems meet compliance, security protocols, and performance standards.

Team Management

  • Build, mentor, and manage an in-house IT/software team.
  • Plan and execute IT/MIS projects with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external software development teams.

Scalability and Innovation

  • Develop predictive analytics and reporting tools to monitor charger performance and user behaviour.
  • Evaluate other emerging technologies and strategies for potential integration into the ecosystem.
