  • Experience in providing IT support, mainly in MS Windows
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory would be an asset

Job Description

  • Assist in providing end user support to ICIMOD staff in terms of the operation of software and hardware 
  • Assist in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all software and hardware, including the network, used at ICIMOD
  • Assist in the installation of basic software on new computers (such as McAfee, MS Office, Windows 7, email, etc.)
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of computer hardware and software used at ICIMOD
  • Assist in any training programme using the training room resources and ensure training room computers are functioning
  • Maintain a log of support requested and services delivered to staff
