𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚: Indrawati Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchowk

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are seeking a IT Instructor with a blend of technical expertise, social media marketing acumen, and proficiency in English. This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing rural education, empowering communities through technology, and fostering innovation.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Deliver hands-on computer skills training with practical, real-world applications.
Develop and customize course materials to cater to the diverse learning needs of the community.
Manage coursework and conduct student evaluations to ensure learning outcomes are met.
Cultivate an inclusive and dynamic learning environment conducive to student engagement and success.
Collaborate with the team to optimize the educational impact and reach of the program.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

Proficiency in Multimedia, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
Expertise in Computer Hardware, Networking, and Social Media Marketing.
Strong adaptability to diverse and rural teaching contexts.
Effective communication and teaching abilities in English.
Resilience, problem-solving, and motivational skills.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Prior experience in teaching and applying technology in education.

𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠:

Directly to the Project Coordination Team.
Regular submission of progress reports is required.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Based on experience and qualifications.
