Job Description

Reports to: IT Head

Provide support to college staffs, student, faculties regarding Office 365 products, Windows OS, Class-room facilities and other
Prepare, record and communicate IT and technical documentation
Learn, participate and eventually handling IT support and troubleshooting issue independently
Support student and faculty regarding LMS system in college
Prepare documents, tools and resources for update, upgrade and further enhancement of website, existing system and other software in college
