Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely and professional first-line technical support to students, teachers and staff, proficiently communication in both English and Nepalese.
Diagnose and resolve technology issues encompassing hardware, software, network, AV equipment, telecommunication equipment and other campus IT systems.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures, including creating and deleting user accounts, assigning licenses, and issuing and configuring new equipment.
Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment used in classrooms and administrative areas.
Provide tech support during on-campus and off-campus events, ensuring seamless technology usage.
Maintain the printing service and monitor the service health of Wi-Fi and Internet services.
Maintain an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of assets throughout their lifecycle.
Assist in procurement activities by providing input on IT hardware and software requirements for the school.
Provide technical support and assistance to students, teachers, staff, visitors and events within the school environment.
Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment, resolving technical issues promptly, and supporting the effective use of technology for educational purposes.
