Education:

Job Description

1. General ICT Support

  • Ensure all laptops, computers, sound systems, and projectors in office rooms and classrooms are functioning properly.
  • Regularly update and back up all office computers.
  • Perform regular antivirus scans and maintain system security.
  • Check and maintain power, converter, data, HDMI, and VGA cables for proper projection setup.
  • Maintain and update the college database and generate reports as required.
  • Coordinate with service providers for internet, website, and database-related issues on behalf of the college.

2. Maintenance (Hardware & Software)

  • Assist students and faculty with the installation and updating of academic software (GIS, SPSS, MS Project, etc.).
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to accounting and other institutional software.
  • Coordinate delivery of computers, projectors, and printers for external maintenance when needed.
  • Maintain a detailed logbook of maintenance activities (computers, projectors, CCTV, speakers, routers, laptops, cables, etc.).

3. Networking & Wi-Fi Management

  • Ensure uninterrupted, high-speed internet and Wi-Fi access in all offices, classrooms, libraries, and common areas.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the Local Area Network (LAN) connections.

4. CCTV Surveillance

  • Ensure all CCTV cameras are operational and regularly backed up 24 hours a day.

5. Design & Digital Communication

  • Design, update, and upload content, photos, notices, and news on the college website, Facebook page, and other digital platforms.
  • Design official materials such as journals, newsletters, letterheads, banners, certificates, diaries, and notepads.
  • Regularly maintain and update the official website with accurate and timely information
