Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Incorporation Specialist to assist clients in the process of incorporating their businesses. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of corporate law, business registration procedures, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the process of incorporating their businesses, including choosing the right business structure and filing necessary paperwork.
Conduct research on state and federal regulations governing business incorporation.
Prepare and review legal documents such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, and operating agreements.
Coordinate with legal professionals, government agencies, and clients to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance matters.
Stay updated with changes in corporate law and regulations affecting business incorporation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client engagements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Incorporation Specialist, Corporate Paralegal, or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of corporate law, business entities, and incorporation procedures.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with legal documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
