Change Action Nepal (CAN) is recruiting staff for the following positions to implement a child protection system strengthening project in the Sindhupalchowk district with a special focus on climate-vulnerable locations. The project aims to combat child exploitation through initiatives led by children and youth, integrated services, and advocacy for gender justice, with an emphasis on increasing reporting and prosecution. CAN is committed to implementing the project activities in coordination and collaboration with TDH, local government, and other concerned stakeholders. Change Action Nepal invites applications from interested candidates for Inclusive Sports Officer based in Panchpokhari, Sindhupalchowk.

The Inclusive Sports Officer will be responsible for implementing sports activities designed to engage vulnerable children and youth, focusing on protection, social inclusion, and community engagement. The field-based position will work closely with the project team, community members, local government, and consortium partners to promote inclusive sports as a tool for social change and child protection. The Inclusive Sports Officer will facilitate sporting and learning sessions, build relationships with communities, document activities, and contribute to collective learning. The Officers will assist the project team in adapting a specific sports-based toolkit, implementing a complaints feedback response mechanism, and supporting the development of data collection and reporting tools to ensure that project impacts are effectively measured and documented.
