Job Description

Times Business is looking for the candidate with highly qualified and performing mindset based at Kathmandu with the competency to drive the revenue stream. We are seeking with below mentioned qualification and experience to cater the below mentioned job description.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively cover and expand the corporate market.
  • Proactively travel, visit, and explore potential business opportunities.
  • Identify and engage with prospective corporate clients.
  • Initiate market activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Guide, train, and monitor the sales team to align with organizational objectives.
  • Present monthly sales plans, execute marketing activities, and review progress.
  • Analyze product performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Take ownership of sales targets and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Passion for market engagement and fostering strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Ability to generate inquiries, assess customer needs, and convert leads into sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical selling skills.
  • A growth mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid two-wheeler license.
