Job Description

Handle calls and live chat with integrated problem-solving skill
Act as a liaison between user and businesses
Follow-up user and businesses until they are in contact with each other
Keep track record of user and ensure either their problem has been solved or not
Update caller list and prepare daily call log of Inbound tele calling
Update the list of business contacted on behalf of users
Report daily to immediate supervisor about tele calling report
Recommend and inform department head about search trends and most searched businesses
Make list of businesses and industries that are not listed in Bhetincha.com and prepare recommendation report
