Handling Inbound Packages:

  • Coordinate all aspects of inbound travel packages, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of itineraries, adhering to high-quality standards and client preferences.

Supplier Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Reporting:

  • Generate comprehensive reports on sales performance, client feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

Handling Customer Complaints and Feedback:

  • Act as a point of contact for resolving customer complaints and feedback, striving to achieve swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence and enhance overall customer experience.
