Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan, organize, and coordinate inbound tours for international tourists.
Develop detailed itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Handle customer inquiries and provide comprehensive information about destinations.
Ensure smooth execution of tours and address any issues that arise during the trip.
Design and manage outbound tour packages for domestic clients traveling abroad.
Collaborate with international travel partners and service providers.
Ensure compliance with visa regulations and travel requirements for different countries.
Provide clients with pre-departure information and support.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in-person promptly.
Assist clients in booking tours, flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote tour packages and special offers through various channels.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer details.
Prepare and manage travel documents such as itineraries, vouchers, and invoices.
Monitor travel trends and update the management with market insights.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Experience in handling inbound and outbound tour packages.
Fluency in English and Nepali language (Speaking + writing)
Outgoing and presentable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Enthusiastic and passionate about travel and tourism.
Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic work environment.
Applicants with driving license will be given priority
