Job Description

Utilize the Correspondence Reference Guide as the Primary Source for IC Work Instructions
Identify and execute required actions regarding information received on Resurgent accounts, while adhering to all state and federal laws
Evaluate consumer correspondence documents to determine appropriate actions, status, routing, notation and follow-up
Maintain established levels of productivity, efficiency, quality and Error free rate to ensure company standards are met
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the reporting information through manual changes and deletions using appropriate systems
