Job Description

Managing the Depository Participant (DP) department and ensure the department works are smooth and proper.
Ensure record keeping and documentation of all DP related Activities are proper and adequate.
Review and finalization of daily / monthly DP bank reconciliation, income reconciliation, income booking and reporting.
Supervise the team members, their activities and ensure utmost level of customer service.
Ensure compliance related to DP department are met and report it to Compliance Officer.
Coordinating with CDS and Clearing to ensure any issues and challenges are resolved.
Coordinating with software provider and IT team to ensure the software downtime are reduced.
Coordinating with the bank's branches and support the branches on DP related issues.
Suggest new areas, avenues and innovative ideas to improve the departmental performance.
Identify areas to grow DEMAT accounts and business related to it.
