Minimum Qualification:   

  • ACCA Finalist / CA Finalist / Masters in Finance/Management or equivalent


  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Thorough knowledge and experience of the overall Financial Accounting, Administration, Nepalese Taxation, Applicable Corporate Laws, Companies Act 2063, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial Management, Procurement & HR Management
  • Must have good communication skills and good knowledge of merchant banking services

Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transaction after approval from concerned personnel
  • Prepare yearly budget and develop mechanism for proper review and control throughout the year.
  • Prepare monthly payroll sheet and annual tax calculation of employees.
  • Prepare & file monthly TDS report and submit to Inland Revenue Department.
  • Ensure all Financial Statements and Tax Returns are submitted all concerned government and regulatory bodies on time
  • Prepare & provide MIS reports to management on regular basis
  • Perform all necessary Reconciliations timely to ensure timely detection of any errors or unusual activity in the accounts and finance of the company
  • Ensure all Fixed Assets of the Company are well maintained by carrying out necessary servicing as and when necessary
  • Support to Prepare Annual Procurement Plan and conduct procurement as per the policies.
  • Liaison with auditor, preparation of Management Response to Audit Report and make arrangement Audit Committee Meeting
  • Preparation for Annual Report, make arrangement for AGM, carry out compliance related work as per Companies Act, 2063.
  • Monitor adequate IT support is provided to all functional departments/divisions of the company with appropriate security and backups.
  • Ensure the entire office is running smooth and properly
  • Others as required by Management

Age: Not Exceeding 40 Years

This is a very progressive role and may also allow the opportunity to work on and gain insight into core Investment Banking upon satisfactory performance.
