Call and rececive phone calls , email and internet enquiries about universities details provided by the organisation.
Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries related to university details provided by the organization.
Deliver accurate and detailed information about various universities, academic programs, admission requirements, and other relevant details to prospective students and their families.
Assist individuals in understanding the admissions process, application procedures, and deadlines for different universities within the organization's network.
Stay updated on the latest information about universities, academic offerings, and relevant policies to ensure accurate and up-to-date assistance to inquiries.
Collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as admissions, academic affairs, and student services, to gather and verify information necessary for responding to inquiries.
Conduct follow-up communications with prospective students to address any additional questions or concerns they may have and guide them through the next steps in the enrollment process.
Prioritize a customer-centric approach, ensuring that each interaction leaves a positive impression and contributes to a strong relationship between the organization and prospective students.
