Job Description

Major Responsibilities

Teach Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules in group and individual sessions.
Design and deliver lesson plans, practice exercises, and interactive classroom activities.
Build strong rapport and network with students.
Assess students’ performance, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging learning environment.
Prepare teaching materials, practice sets, and mock test papers for students.
Guide and mentor students to achieve their target IELTS band scores.
Collect student feedback and improve teaching methods for better results.
Coordinate with the front desk for class scheduling and exam registrations.
Conduct regular mock tests and prepare reports on student performance.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam format, techniques, and resources.
