Summary of Job Purpose:

This position will oversee all aspects of country office’s information systems, working the global IS staff to ensure network administration, hardware and application management, security, user support and administrative functions. S/he will require a broad set of technical, planning, problem solving and hands on support skills and the ability to work effectively in our low resource settings that present significant infrastructure challenges and the ability to communicate and collaborate in multicultural environment.

Educational qualifications and experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informational technology
Minimun of 5 years of proven experience as IT Officer
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, computer hardware and software system and data centered management and governance.
