Job Description

Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IB MYP) within the school.
Collaborate with faculty, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of curriculum, instruction, and assessment with IB standards and practices.
Provide guidance and support to teachers in the planning, delivery, and assessment of IB MYP units of study, ensuring differentiation and inclusivity.
Coordinate the monitoring and evaluation of IB MYP implementation, collecting and analyzing data to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff related to IB MYP philosophy, pedagogy, and curriculum.
Foster a culture of inquiry, critical thinking, and international-mindedness among students, staff, and the school community.
Serve as a liaison between the school and the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), maintaining compliance with IB standards and requirements.
