Job Description

Our company operates a network of international websites and magazines. As a result, we are constantly on the lookout for highly professional, enthusiastic, and experienced writers and editors. Your job is to assist us in our hunt.

As a media and production company, we want our hiring professionals to be equally skilled in writing.


  • Recruit, Screen, Interview, and select quality team members.
  • Coordinate headhunting with Managers using digital media and word of mouth.
  • Design job description for all new recruitments
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Work closely with Managers and Editors to keep track of employee’s performance
  • Maintain a record of employee’s attendance and leave.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Collaborate with the department head Conduct Employee Engagement activities to increase motivation and retention of employees
  • Be the bridge between our employees and us. Answer any queries and concerns regarding HR policies, processes, holidays, and benefits.
  •  Maintain relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
