Job Description

The Human Resources Officer will support the Chief of Party and Senior Finance and Administration Officer to provide excellence in personnel recruitment, employee benefits and human resource management, and consultant on-boarding issues for Clear Outcomes. You will be familiar with the USAID Program Cycle and USAID’s portfolio of investments in Nepal. The period of performance is anticipated to be five years.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and contracting of expert consultants.
  • Manage benefits tracking and administration for the country office.
  • Ensure office compliance with Nepali and Clear Outcomes human resources policies.
  • Provide general human resources guidance and support for the country office.
