General Management: Handle the entire spectrum of activities across providing facilities support and efficiently handle Employees, Contractors, housekeeping, and record management services
Personnel Management: To provide the personnel needed for organizational activities and to manage the general employee-employer relationship. To recruit employees with knowledge, skills and abilities that the organization needs
Human Resources Development: To develop training and education programs to keep employees up-to-date on the skills and knowledge they need. Human resource management develops compensation plans/promotions/increments/rewards for motivation
Industrial Relations: To maintain the cordial relation between Govt, Employer, Employee, Trade Union, society & resolve any conflict or dispute arising out. To maintain cordial relations between employer ,employee, trade union ,Govt bodies
Legal: To follow the legal rules & the law of the land in factory & resolve court cases arising out of any matter within the factory like accident ,fire, theft, strike, strife, labour unrest, employee clashes inside & outside premises etc
Liasoning: To Liaison with government body Like PF Commissioner, Factory Inspector, Employment Exchange, Labour Inspector, Health Inspector, District Industrial Centre (DIC), Pollution Control Board, Gram Panchayat, Water Supply Authority, Municipal Corporation, Apprentice Advisor etc.
Safety Health Environment: To Draft health and safety plans and verify any existing or proposed plans & Suggest proactive measurements that prevent incidents before they manifest as accidents. To Coordinate all health and safety aspects of your construction project or production activities. To Comply with all relevant HSE construction regulations and requirements. To Ensure the health and safety of workers, decrease accident risks and improve onsite productivity
Administration: Acting as one point contact for all administrative matters like time keeping and attendance, Canteen management, Guests & Guest House management, Vehicle maintenance, Security, Upkeep and repair of company’s assets, Mobile Phone, Courier services etc
Communication: Must have good verbal and written Communication skill along with MS Office Tools plus HR ERP system including biometrics , attendance recording ,salary preparation
Reporting To: GM plant and HR Manager
