About the job

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
Support the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
Address employee queries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely manner.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Monitor employee compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Support the HR Manager in strategic initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role (HR Officer or similar role).
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
