Job Description

Susankya Tech is looking for a strong candidate for the position of Human Resources HR Officer.

Requirements

  • At least two years of professional experience in the related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have sound knowledge of labor and tax laws of Nepal

Responsibilities

  • Preparing job description for the vacant position and managing employment process
  • Monitoring employee performance and ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied their work environment
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
  • Monitor employee morale and company culture
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
