Job Description

Capital Property Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a strong candidate for the position of Human Resources Officer.

Requirements

Minimum two years of professional experience in a similar role
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent knowledge and skills with using computer software and digital products for HR process management
Strong knowledge of Nepal's labor law and similar policies and rules

Key Responsibilities

Execute HR processes for Starter/New Hires, Leavers, Changes, Reference Letters & Regulated References, Reports, Sickness/Absence, etc.
Ensuring the data held on HR management system meets accuracy and quality standards
Effective data recording within employee electronic/physical files to meet data protection rules & guidelines
Facilitate and operate performance management, appraisal, and disciplinary actions
Handle and mitigate employee grievances

Salary shall depend on the experience and proficiency of the candidate.
