Job Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s business plan, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring legal compliance, and managing all HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, and industrial relations.

Key Requirements:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Lead recruitment and selection efforts for all departments to ensure staffing needs are met with qualified candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs to ensure continuous performance improvement and service excellence.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.
  • Handle employee relations issue,s including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor and ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead performance appraisal processes and succession planning initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to department heads and senior management.
