Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Skybase Innovations located in Pokhara. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. They will also develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure legal compliance, and support employee development and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Minimum 1 year experience is a plus point.
