Position: Human Resources manager
Salary: 70k - 100k+ negotiable
Qualification: Minimum Bachelorโs Degree or Masterโs Degree.
Experience: Min 5 -7 yrs of Relevant Experience in Human Resources.
Location: Kathmandu

- Developing & implementing HR strategies & initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management & employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment & selection process.
- Support current & future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation & preservation of human capital.
- Assist in developing & implementing effective talent management strategies to ensure the retention.
- Led the compensation & benefits administration, & payroll process, ensuring compliance with local laws & regulations & alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage talent acquisition & develop effective onboarding programs to attract & retain high-quality candidates & ensure seamless integration into the organization's culture & values.
- Develop & monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics & procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee & manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan & benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply & monitor training programs.
- Report to management & provide decision support through HR metrics.
