Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work culture.
Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to recognize and reward employee contributions.
Handle employee benefits administration, addressing queries and ensuring smooth processes.
Collaborate with management to create and maintain a conducive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
Undertake other tasks of a similar nature within the HR domain as required.
