Job Description

AB Pellet Feed Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneering leader in the pellet feed industry, committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager/Officer to oversee all HR functions and ensure a supportive and compliant work environment. This role will be instrumental in managing recruitment, payroll, policy formulation, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and aiding in the selection of qualified candidates.

2. Payroll and Compensation:

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
  • Ensure timely payment of salaries and wages in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

 3. Policy Formulation and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance.
  • Monitor obedience to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

 4. Employee Documentation and Management:

  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance records and HR databases.
  • Prepare job descriptions (JD) for all positions and ensure they are up-to-date.

 5. Performance Management:

  • Design and implement performance management systems, including performance appraisal processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, especially for staff in the marketing department.
  • Prepare performance evaluation reports and provide feedback to management and employees.

 6. Conflict Resolution and Discipline:

  • Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts among employees.
  • Implement disciplinary procedures as needed, ensuring fairness and consistency.

 7. Departmental Support (Marketing):

  • Provide HR support specific to the marketing department, including handling their HR-related issues and verifying their expenses.
  • Set goals and objectives for the marketing team in collaboration with directors.

 8. Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and employment standards.
  • Stay informed about changes in legislation affecting employment practices and make necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
