About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role located in Kathmandu. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for conducting recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records, assisting in performance management, providing support for employee training and development, and managing employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team
