Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1 years
Responsibilities:
· Support recruitment process by coordinating interviews and conducting initial screenings.
· Assist in new employee onboarding, including completing paperwork and facilitating orientation.
· Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
· Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
· Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
· Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies.
· Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
· Assist in performance management process, including conducting appraisals and goal setting.
· Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
