Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator at Clinic One. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, benefits administration, and human resources information systems (HRIS). They will also need to have knowledge of labor and employment law.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) Management and HRIS skills
Experience in benefits administration
Familiarity with labor and employment law
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software
Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Make training schedule and evaluation process of staff
