Job Description

CoPenned is actively recruiting Human Resource Officer. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to develop a solid recruitment strategy for the company and handle onboarding process for new recruits.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures through existing systems and processes.
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefit programs including compensation management.
  • Assist team with recruitment effort and prepare employees for onboarding through an initial orientation and a know-how session
  • Ensure legal compliance with employee’s contract under the obligation of set rules and regulations of the Government and Company’s protocol.
  • Identify pain points for employees and suggest potential grievance sources to management.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in any field with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in similar role is needed.
  • Candidates with less than one year of experience are not encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to proficiently use Human Resource Management Software/s after an initial orientation.
  • Able to Read, Write and Speak English proficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Office Software Systems.
  • Female candidate with ability to commit long term to the company are encouraged to apply.
