Roles and responsibilities of this job

CoPenned is actively recruiting Human Resource Officer. The ideal candidate for this position should be able to develop a solid recruitment strategy for the company and handle onboarding process for new recruits.

Responsibilities

Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures through existing systems and processes.
Maintain and enhance employee benefit programs including compensation management.
Assist team with recruitment effort and prepare employees for onboarding through an initial orientation and a know-how session
Ensure legal compliance with employee’s contract under the obligation of set rules and regulations of the Government and Company’s protocol.
Identify pain points for employees and suggest potential grievance sources to management.

Qualification

Master's degree in any field with strong communication skills.
Previous experience in similar role is needed.
Candidates with less than one year of experience are not encouraged to apply.
Ability to proficiently use Human Resource Management Software/s after an initial orientation.
Able to Read, Write and Speak English proficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Office Software Systems.
Female candidate with ability to commit long term to the company are encouraged to apply.
