Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Provide counseling on policies and procedures
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
Create and implement effective onboarding plans
Develop training and development programs
Assist in performance management processes
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
To ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on a timely basis, ensuring completeness and accurate documentation
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance with coordinating QIMA, HQTS, SEDEX, APSCA, and BSCI

Work Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Including half-an-hour lunch break)

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Complete understanding of HR functions and best practices
Be able to use MS office, database, and standard Hr software
Two-wheeler license
