Job Description

Human Resource Officer shall be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling the human resource activities. In addition to this his/her role involves being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. Handling performance evaluation management of employee, planning for future hiring procedures and etc. shall be the major role of Human Resource Officer.

  • Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Human Resource
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in Human Resource Department
  • Preference shall be given to the candidates having experience in Hydropower project
  • Excellent knowledge of various Human Resource functions such as hiring, pay & benefits, recruitment, evaluation, training, development and motivation etc.
  • Outstanding organizational time management skills
  • Good decision-making and motivational skill. Should have knowledge of Labor Laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in the English language (Written and Spoken)
