  • Master’s degree in Business Management with specialization or formal training in Human Resources Management
  • Good communication, presentation, and listening skills
  • Strong interest in people and interpersonal relations

  • Strong in both, verbal and written communication – good listener
  • Good time-management and ability to multi-task
  • Fluent in English and local language

Job Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • Develop, adapt and successfully manage all HR-related processes
  • Responsible for consistent application of all HR - and employee-policies and guidelines
  • Manage the hiring, recruiting & training process
  • Ensure integration and onboarding training for new employees (induction program)
  • Manage the performance management process for NBA and enables and coaches managers to conduct meaningful performance assessments in written form
  • Manage the process for job descriptions and ensure standard format and meaningful content across all departments. Supports people managers in developing content
  • Responsible for proper execution of payroll, health insurance, and provident fund processes
  • Develop and execute a training program for all general training applicable for all employees 
  • Maintain and update NBA organization chart & staff database
  • Present suitable hiring candidates to department managers and professionally manage the hiring and recruiting process
  • Standardize job descriptions in place for all permanent managers and employees
