- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters
- Develop, adapt and successfully manage all HR-related processes
- Responsible for consistent application of all HR - and employee-policies and guidelines
- Manage the hiring, recruiting & training process
- Ensure integration and onboarding training for new employees (induction program)
- Manage the performance management process for NBA and enables and coaches managers to conduct meaningful performance assessments in written form
- Manage the process for job descriptions and ensure standard format and meaningful content across all departments. Supports people managers in developing content
- Responsible for proper execution of payroll, health insurance, and provident fund processes
- Develop and execute a training program for all general training applicable for all employees
- Maintain and update NBA organization chart & staff database
- Present suitable hiring candidates to department managers and professionally manage the hiring and recruiting process
- Standardize job descriptions in place for all permanent managers and employees
